Dr. Cloud was a multisport athlete in high school and went on to become a decathlete on the UTA track team. He continues to enjoy staying active and now completes marathons and half marathons in his spare time. This love for athletics drove him towards a career in sports medicine and interventional pain to help others stay active when they are sidelined by injuries or chronic pain.

He was born and raised in DFW, and has enjoyed continuing to serve his community by remaining local throughout all of his medical training and practice. He even had the honor of serving as chief fellow during his final year of training. He has served as a team physician for numerous collegiate and high school athletic teams including TCU during their football team’s run to the National Championship game in 2022-2023. He has also provided coverage for Team USA Women’s Lacrosse, WTA Women’s Tennis, and multiple community sponsored events.

Dr. Cloud’s practice philosophy focuses on holistic patient centered care. He finds that this comprehensive approach and spending time to listen and understand each patient’s goals helps them get back to what they enjoy doing faster. He has been trained in multiple conservative and interventional modalities to help achieve this.

Outside of work he enjoys running and working out, participating in and attending sporting activities, outdoor recreation, and spending time with his wonderful wife and two young children.
